By purchasing a UPMED membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

## Membership access

- Membership gives access only to the benefits included in the selected plan.
- Access is personal and must not be shared, transferred or resold.
- Membership begins once payment is confirmed and access is activated.

## Subscription period

- Membership remains valid for the duration of the purchased plan.
- Access expires automatically at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.

## Payments

- All membership fees must be paid in advance.
- Prices may change for future purchases without prior notice. Existing memberships are not affected.

## Refund policy

- All membership fees are **non-refundable**.
- No refunds or returns are issued once a payment has been made. See the [Refund / return policy](https://upmed.net/refund-return-policy/).

## Website & WhatsApp services

- UPMED strives to provide uninterrupted access, but does not guarantee continuous availability of the website or WhatsApp services.
- Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle members to refunds or compensation.

## Content usage

- All content provided through UPMED is for personal educational and informational purposes only.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing or sharing paid content without written permission is prohibited.

## Account responsibility

- Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
- UPMED may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, unauthorised sharing or fraudulent activity.

## Changes to membership benefits

- UPMED may update, modify or improve membership features, services or content at any time without prior notice.

## Limitation of liability

- UPMED is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of its website, WhatsApp services or membership content.
