All payments to UPMED are final. No refunds or returns are issued.

## No refunds

All membership fees are **non-refundable**. Once a payment has been made, no refunds or returns will be issued.

## Duplicate or mistaken payments

If a payment is charged in error or twice, please contact UPMED promptly with the payment details so that it can be reviewed.
