At UPMED, we respect your privacy. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Requests are processed within 7 working days.

## How to request deletion

Fill in the form below. Each request is processed manually to make sure all data linked to your account is permanently removed. Please allow up to 7 working days for the process to complete.
