Deputy Manager, Medical Staff Affairs (MSA) at Maroof International Hospital Islamabad

• Qualification: MBBS with MBA / MPH or equivalent degree
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably with a JCI accredited hospital
• Location: Islamabad

Key responsibilities

• Lead medical staff credentialing and privileging processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Verify licenses, qualifications and certifications, and ensure appropriate clinical privileges
• Ensure continuous compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements; develop and implement related policies
• Coordinate medical staff meetings and maintain accurate, confidential medical staff records
• Serve as a liaison between medical staff, hospital administration and department heads

Skills and competencies

• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor policies and compliance processes
• Leadership and problem-solving skills to handle medical staff concerns and conflicts professionally
