Postgraduate Training Programs (Session 2026-A): FCPS-II and MCPS Anaesthesiology

Trauma & Emergency Response Center (T&ERC), Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma, Larkana invites applications for postgraduate training programs.

1. FCPS-II Anaesthesiology

• Duration: 4 years postgraduate training program
• Required qualification: FCPS Part-I cleared in relevant field

2. MCPS Anaesthesiology

• Duration: 2 years postgraduate training program
• Required qualification: MBBS with one year house job certificate

Eligibility criteria:

• Only candidates with Sindh domicile are eligible to apply
• Certificate of CPSP registration, if already registered
• Valid PMDC registration
• MBBS / BDS degree applicable as per specialty requirement

Important:

• Candidates already registered in another institute have to produce NOC from CPSP at the time of interview.
• Those waiting for FCPS-I results may apply at their own risk and must produce the success result before the interview.
• All government employees should have an NOC from the Health Department at the time of interview. After selection, government officers must submit NOC / deputation / posting from Government of Sindh within 1 week.

• Application form, bank challan, detailed eligibility criteria and policies are available on the SMBB Institute of Trauma website (www.smbbit.gos.pk).
• Application fee: PKR 8,000 (non-refundable) bank challan, to be submitted at any branch of Sindh Bank Limited.
• Apply online at http://pgme.smbbit.gos.pk/Apply_Trainee/ till 11:59 p.m.
• After shortlisting, applicants will be called for documents verification and interview.
