4 Years FCPS Training Program (Level-I)

General Medicine, Anesthesiology, Pediatric Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Physiology
Eligibility: Passed and valid FCPS-I.

2 Years FCPS Training Program (Level-II)

Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery (3 year program), Pulmonology (3 year program), Pediatric Medicine, Clinical Hematology
Eligibility: Completed 2 years FCPS training in General Surgery / General Medicine (concerned discipline) and passed IMM exam.
Critical Care Medicine: passed FCPS-II exam in the relevant (concerned) discipline.

2 Years MCPS Training Program (Level-I)

Anesthesiology
Eligibility: Completed one year house job with valid PMC / PMDC registration.

Required documents: application form, CV, 2 passport size photographs, copies of CNIC, Matric, FSc, MBBS degree, MBBS detailed marks sheet, house job certificates, valid PMC certificate, FCPS Part-I congratulation letter.
Level-II: also CPSP congratulation letter for FCPS-I, experience certificate of 2 years training, all CPSP workshops, BLS and IMM certificates.
Level-III: also certificate / letter of congratulation for FCPS-II and updated PMC certificate.
Application fee: Rs. 2000 via demand draft in favour of “Director Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences”.
Interviews in the respective departments; candidates will be informed on call.
