Senior Consultant, Consultant and Deputy Hospital Director Posts (Contract Basis)

Applications are invited for appointment against the following clinical and non-clinical posts at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore, on contract basis.

  • Senior Consultant Radiation Oncology (IPS-10, 1 post, age 40 to 70 years): MBBS with MD/FCPS/FRCR/MRCR/MRCP/American Boards or equivalent recognized by HEC and PMDC; full residency in Radiation Oncology; minimum 10 years post-fellowship experience, 3 years teaching experience as Consultant preferred; 5 years senior leadership experience preferred; minimum 5 research papers.
  • Senior Consultant Radiology (Diagnostic) (IPS-10, 1 post, age 40 to 70 years): MBBS with MD/FCPS/FRCR/MRCR/MRCP/American Boards or equivalent; full residency in Diagnostic Radiology; minimum 10 years post-fellowship experience, 3 years teaching experience as Consultant preferred; board certification in Diagnostic Radiology mandatory; minimum 5 research papers.
  • Senior Consultant General Medicine (IPS-10, 1 post, age 40 to 70 years): MBBS with MD/FCPS/MRCP/FRCP/American Boards or equivalent; full residency in Internal Medicine/General Medicine; minimum 10 years post-fellowship experience, 3 years teaching experience as Consultant preferred.
  • Senior Consultant General Surgery (IPS-10, 1 post, age 40 to 70 years): MBBS with MD/FCPS/FRCS/American Boards or equivalent; full residency in General Surgery; minimum 10 years post-fellowship experience, 3 years teaching experience as Consultant preferred; minimum 5 research papers.
  • Consultant Stat Lab (Pathologist) (IPS-9, 1 post, age 35 to 65 years): MBBS with MD/FCPS (Pathology/Hematology)/FRCPath/MRCPath/American Boards in clinical or anatomic pathology or equivalent; full residency in Pathology/Hematology; minimum 7 years post-fellowship experience, 3 years teaching experience as Consultant essential.
  • Deputy Hospital Director (IPS-7, 1 post, age 30 to 50 years): MBBS/MD or Hospital Administration (MHA)/MBA/Public Health (MPH) or equivalent HEC recognized degree preferred; minimum 8 years progressive healthcare experience with 3 years in a senior administrative role preferred.

  • Experience recognition certificates must be attached. All terminal degrees must be entered in PM&DC or relevant fora.
