Requirements

• MBBS with MSPH or MBA/MSc in Healthcare Management
• Experience: previous experience in complaint and incident management along with health care information systems, preferably in a health care setting
• Experience with electronic health record (EMR) systems and healthcare information technology is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with healthcare professionals, patients and administrative staff
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
