Medical Teaching Institution Nowshera (MTI, NSR), with its constituent units Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, invites applications for the following posts at Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI), Nowshera.

1. Consultant (Contract tenure 3 years, extendable)

• Specialties: Anesthesia, Radiology, Accident & Emergency
• MBBS or equivalent degree from institutions recognized by PMDC/PMC
• Postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline such as FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, FRCEM or a USA subspecialty Board Diploma or equivalent Level III qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC
• Valid PMDC/PMC license
• Experience: preference to candidates with experience in the relevant specialty after postgraduate qualification
• For Accident & Emergency, candidates with specialty of Emergency Medicine, General Medicine or Internal Medicine can apply

2. Specialist / Experiential Registrar (Contract tenure 2 years, non-extendable)

• Specialties: Anesthesia, Radiology, Neurosurgery, Gynae & Obs, Paeds Medicine, Paeds Surgery, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Medicine, Surgery, Nephrology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Accident & Emergency
• MBBS or equivalent qualification from PMDC/PMC recognized institution
• FCPS/MRCP or Diploma American Board or equivalent Level III qualification from PMDC/PMC recognized institute in the relevant discipline
• Valid PMDC/PMC license
• Candidates who passed their fellowship examination during the last 18 months till the closing date will be preferred
• The position provides two years of clinical experience, awarded at the end of the tenure

3. Trainee Registrar (Contract 3 years, non-extendable)

• Specialties: Anesthesia, Radiology, Neurosurgery, Gynae & Obs, Paeds Medicine, Paeds Surgery, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Medicine, Surgery, Nephrology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Accident & Emergency
• MBBS or equivalent qualification from PMDC/PMC recognized institution
• Postgraduate Level III fellowship training completed in the relevant specialty
• Valid PMDC/PMC license
• Candidates who completed fellowship training during the last 18 months will be preferred
• Provides 3 years of advance training and experience under supervision for candidates who have completed fellowship training and are eligible to sit in FCPS or other fellowship examination; experience certificate at the end of tenure

4. Medical Officer (Contract 3 years, extendable)

• MBBS from PMDC/PMC recognized medical college/university with valid PMDC/PMC license
• Experience in tertiary care hospital or completed postgraduate training will be preferred
