Consultant and Junior Consultant Nuclear Cardiology, Deputy Hospital Director (Contract Basis)

Applications are invited for appointment to the following posts on contract basis at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology (NSIC), Sargodha under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Lahore.

Consultant Nuclear Cardiology (01 post)

  • Pay: IPS-9, minimum pay package Rs. 490,030
  • Qualification: MBBS with FCPS or MD / MRCP with CCT or Diplomate American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC
  • Experience: At least 3 years after post-graduation
  • Research: Two research papers in the relevant field in PMDC / HEC / internationally recognized journals (impact factor journals preferred)
  • Age limit: 38 to 55 years

Junior Consultant Nuclear Cardiology (01 post)

  • Pay: IPS-8, minimum pay package Rs. 394,968
  • Qualification: MBBS with FCPS or MD / MRCP with CCT or Diplomate American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC
  • Age limit: 30 to 45 years

Deputy Hospital Director (02 posts)

  • Pay: IPS-8, minimum pay package Rs. 394,968
  • Qualification: MBBS with relevant postgraduate diploma / certificate in hospital administration with three years’ relevant experience in an administrative post; or MBA / MPA / MPH / Hospital Administration / Health Management / TQM or relevant degree from an HEC recognized university / institute with five years’ relevant administrative experience in the healthcare industry
  • Age limit: 30 to 40 years

  • Obtain the application form from the HR Department of NSIC or download it from https://nsic.punjab.gov.pk
  • Submit the filled form with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate, if applicable) to the HR Department, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha. Applications sent by post / TCS must reach before the deadline.
  • Candidates from all over Pakistan may apply. Government servants must apply through proper channel. Equivalent qualifications require an HEC or PMDC equivalence certificate.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; a screening / written test may be held. No TA/DA.
  • Posts are on lump-sum contract basis for three (03) years. Institutional practice allowed as per NSIC regulations; private practice outside the institute is not permitted.
