Senior Medical Officer / Incharge

Qualification: MBBS from a PMDC-recognized institution; postgraduate qualification (FCPS/MCPS or equivalent) will be preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant hospital experience in a similar role will be preferred
Salary: Market competitive salary and benefits based on qualification and experience
Job placement: Lahore (full time / contractual)

Job requirements & duties

Good experience of handling SSP patients, PHC inspection and panel cases, including approvals, documentation and claim processing
Proficient in managing IPD/OPD patients and ensuring smooth patient-care services
Good understanding of administration and interdepartmental coordination
Strong communication, coordination, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Monitor patient flow, service delivery and operational matters
Handle clinical emergencies and ensure timely escalation/referral
Supervise Medical Officers and ensure effective duty roster/coverage
Monitor and ensure efficient day-to-day hospital and clinical operations
