• Disciplines: Anesthesia, ENT, Radiology, Ophthalmology
• Program: FCPS (4 years)
• Eligibility: MBBS and FCPS Part-I passed; fulfilling CPSP criteria; experience in respective field

Required Documents

• All educational documents including detailed mark sheets / provisional and attempt certificates, house job certificate
• Distinction / position holding certificates in university exams (if any)
• FCPS-I certificate
• Valid PRCMC license and CNIC
• Updated CV
• Experience certificate and publications
