Certificate in Family Medicine (CFM) Admissions at University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore

Six-month competency-based certificate programme designed in collaboration with the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC).

• Eligibility: MBBS degree recognized by PM&DC; valid PM&DC registration; one-year house job completed; minimum 50% marks in UHS admission test
• Preference will be given to applicants having relevant clinical experience and/or postgraduate qualifications
• Duration: Six months
• Structure: Online interactive sessions (4 days/month), clinical case discussions, evidence-based medicine tutorials, clinical guideline reviews, supervised clinical attachments, skills workshops, workplace-based assessments, clinical logbook and portfolio, mandatory UHS Emergency Skills Certification
• Application processing fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable)
• Course fee: Rs. 75,000, payable at the commencement of the programme

How to apply: Apply online through the UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk and upload scanned copies of all required documents and proof of fee payment. In-service applicants must submit a valid NOC; foreign qualifications require an equivalence certificate.

• Issuance of admittance cards: from August 12, 2026
• Entry test: August 20, 2026
• Display of merit list: August 24, 2026
