Terms and Conditions

• The consultant will be provided a consultancy room for patients.
• Consultation fee: Rs. 1,000 per visit, shared between the consultant and W.C.B (negotiable). Two types of consultation: simple checkup and procedural consultation.
• Entitled patients (employees and dependents of Walton Cantonment Board / Lahore Cantonment Board, RHQ ML&C and MEO, Lahore etc.) will be consulted at subsidized rates (Rs. 400) if properly referred on their health card.
• OPD days may be decided with the consultant’s consent. Share of consultation is distributed weekly.
