Eligibility

• DA / MCPS (Anaesthesia, training completed), or
• FCPS (Anaesthesia, training completed)
• Valid PMDC license (mandatory)
• Preference for candidates with relevant post-training clinical experience in reputable hospitals

Job description

• Pre-anaesthesia assessment and evaluation of surgical patients
• Administration and monitoring of anaesthesia during surgical procedures
• Management of airway, ventilation and intra-operative complications
• Post-operative care including pain management and recovery monitoring
• Participation in emergency resuscitation and trauma cases
• Assistance in ICU and critical care support when required
• Maintain accurate patient records, and participate in departmental meetings, audits and teaching
