Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi, invites applications for the post of Senior Medical Officer in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Department of Medicine.

• Qualification: MBBS with MCPS or FCPS-I completed
• License/Certification: Valid PMC license and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience: At least five years of post-MBBS experience or three years of post-MCPS experience, preferably with completed structured residency training in Internal Medicine and/or Anaesthesia
• Ability to work independently and in teams, handle medical emergencies and work in shifts
• Employee status: Regular

Responsibilities: Patient care in MICU, assessments, diagnoses and general medical treatment as per protocols, discharge planning, documentation, coordination with on-call consultants, training unit staff and participation in departmental education and quality improvement activities.
