• FCPS Part-II Trainee (General Surgery)
• FCPS Part-II Trainee (Orthopedics)
• FCPS Part-II Trainee (Obs/Gynae)
• FCPS Part-II Trainee (Radiology)

Documents required (attach with handwritten application)

• MBBS degree
• Detailed mark sheets of all professional examinations of MBBS
• Attempt certificates of professional examinations
• House job certificate
• PMDC registration certificate
• Letter of FCPS-1
• CNIC and 3 passport size pictures
• Others, if any (relevant experience, distinction, extra curricular activity, research paper etc.)

Submit the application in the office of HR along with all the documents mentioned above. Application processing fee: Rs. 2000/-. Failure to provide complete information/documents or providing false information will result in immediate exclusion from the induction process.
