Eligibility criteria

• MBBS (should have passed all professional examinations in the first attempt, obtaining at least 59% marks)
• Valid PMC license
• Completed a one-year house job in Medicine and Surgery (additional experience is desirable)
• Preference will be given to candidates interested in pursuing a career in surgery
• Willing and able to take on increasing responsibility with time
• Computer literacy and good communication skills are essential
