Situation Vacant at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT) Karachi

• Consultant Anaesthesia / ICU: FCPS (Anesthesia), holding valid PMDC registration. Should have post-FCPS 15 years of teaching/research experience in a reputable institute with 15 research publications in journals recognized jointly by HEC and PMDC.
• Emergency Physician: FCPS in Emergency Medicine/Medicine/General Surgery, MRCP or equivalent, holding valid PMDC registration. Preference for candidates with post-qualification experience in a reputable hospital.
• Physician Infectious Diseases: FCPS (Medicine) with 2 years of experience in Infectious Diseases post-FCPS. Valid PMDC registration.
• Junior Consultant Plastic Surgery: FCPS (Plastic Surgery) with 2 years of post-qualification experience. Valid PMDC registration.
• Resident Medical Officer (Radiology): MBBS with FCPS/MCPS/DMRD (Radiology) training. Valid PMDC registration. Age limit 35 years.
• Domicile: Sindh.

Terms

• Contractual appointments for a period of 2 years, renewable on satisfactory performance.
• Salaries as per Trauma Pay Scale.
• Those in government service are ineligible to apply.
• Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
• No TA/DA will be admissible. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, with original documents.
