Medical Branch (Specialist) (SPSSC)
- Nationality: Male / female citizen of Pakistan
- Age: 25 to 35 years on October 15, 2026
- Rank: Squadron Leader
- Training period: 24 weeks at PAFAA
- Qualification: Specialization from a Pakistani / foreign medical college / university recognized by PMDC in:
- Eye Specialist: FCPS / FRCS (OPTH) / Diplomate of American Board
- Anesthetist: FCPS / FRCA / Diplomate of American Board
- Radiologist: FCPS / MRCR / FRCR / Diplomate of American Board
- ENT Specialist: FCPS / MRCS (ENT) / FRCS (ENT) / Diplomate of American Board
- Psychiatrist: FCPS / FRCP / MRCP / Diplomate of American Board
- Neuro Surgeon: FCPS / FRCS / MRCS / Diplomate of American Board
- Orthopedic Surgeon: FCPS / FRCS / Diplomate of American Board
Medical Branch (GDMOs) (SPSSC)
- Nationality: Male / female citizen of Pakistan
- Age: 25 to 35 years on October 15, 2026
- Rank: Flight Lieutenant
- Training period: 24 weeks at PAFAA
- Qualification: MBBS with minimum 1st Division or equivalent from a Pakistani / foreign medical college / university recognized by PMDC, with minimum one year house job in a PMDC recognized institution. Preference to those with relevant field experience after house job.
- Candidates having cleared FCPS-I after December 2025 are eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure
- Online registration at www.joinpaf.gov.pk
- Intelligence test followed by academic test in relevant subjects at respective PAF Information & Selection Centre
- Initial medical examination, physical test and interview at PAF I&SC
- Psychological test of shortlisted candidates
- Interview by AHQ Selection Board, Rawalpindi / Lahore / Karachi
- Final medical examination at CMB, Lahore
- Interview by Final AHQ Selection Board, Islamabad
- Final selection by AHQ in order of merit
