Qualification and Experience

  • MBBS qualification is mandatory
  • Preference will be given to candidates having qualification in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant hospital administration experience
  • Strong leadership, management and communication skills
  • Valid PMDC license
  • Ability to manage hospital operations, patient flow, staff coordination and departmental supervision
