Eligibility (Residency Training Programmes)

  • MBBS / BDS or equivalent degree registered by PMDC
  • One year house job from a PMDC recognized institution
  • Permanent valid PMDC registration
  • FCPS Part-I passing letter
  • Candidates who completed training in a specialty but have not passed and apply for another specialty will be accepted after a three-year bar
  • Valid entry test result for Diploma programmes

General information

  • Selection strictly on open merit
  • Joining at training sites is subject to availability of paid slots only
  • Candidates must submit an affidavit that they will not leave training before completion

  • Fill the admission form online at www.pgmicip.com
  • Applicants can apply for only one specialty at a time; in case of multiple submissions only the first form will be counted
  • Documents: passport size photograph, CNIC (front and back), local / domicile certificate, MBBS / BDS degree with detailed marks certificates, FCPS Part-I passing certificate from CPSP, PMDC permanent registration certificate, entry test result for Diplomas, Government notification for in-service candidates, other documents as per CIP policy
