Required Documents (attested photocopies)

• CV, domicile, 5 years professional DMC MBBS and transcript, attempt certificate
• House job certificate, certificate of work experience (if any)
• Publications (International / Pak journal)
• FCPS Part-I congratulation letter
• Rs 500 (in cash, non-refundable)
• 3 CNIC copies, 3 passport size photographs
• Candidates with foreign qualification must submit HEC / PMDC / PMC equivalency certificate

Submit applications to the Training Branch, CMH Multan (Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1500 hours). Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
