Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Registrar Positions at FMH College of Medicine & Dentistry, Lahore

Fatima Memorial Hospital College of Medicine & Dentistry, a 470-bed multi-specialty tertiary care teaching institution recognized by CPSP for postgraduate training, invites applications for the following faculty positions as per PMDC guidelines.

Associate Professor

  • Departments: Psychiatry, Ophthalmology, ENT
  • Qualification: MBBS, FCPS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in relevant subject. Minimum one year / six months Diploma / Certification in Medical Education is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor at a PM&DC recognized institution in relevant subject
  • Research: At least 9 research publications, of which 7 as Assistant Professor, in relevant subject in peer reviewed indexed journals

Assistant Professor

  • Departments: Anatomy, Medical Education, Accident & Emergency, Neurosurgery
  • Qualification: MBBS, FCPS, M.Phil or equivalent postgraduate qualification in relevant subject
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience at a PMDC recognized institution in relevant subject
  • Research: Two research publications in relevant subject in peer reviewed indexed journals

Senior Registrar

  • Departments: Pediatric Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Family Medicine, Accident & Emergency
  • Qualification: MBBS, FCPS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in relevant subject

For faculty positions of Assistant Professor and above, candidates will be required to obtain an experience equivalence certificate from the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in undergraduate medical education, research with a strong record of high impact publications, curricular design, assessment and use of technology.
