Research Associate (Clinical Research)

  • MBBS degree with 2+ years of research experience as a Research Associate or equivalent role.
  • Strong foundation in Evidence-Based Medicine, including literature appraisal, guideline interpretation and clinical epidemiology, with hands-on experience in systematic reviews and meta-analyses, biostatistics and statistical software (SPSS, R, STATA).
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodology and writing skills.

Requirements

  • Senior Demonstrator Community Medicine: PM&DC recognized Level II-b (MPhil or a 2 year MPH or completion of Level III training (FCPS) in the relevant specialty) along with at least one year of teaching experience at a recognized institution.
  • Other faculty appointments: Level III or Level IV qualification commensurate with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council’s approved criteria for appointment and promotions.
  • Salary: salary and fringe benefits commensurate with qualification and experience.
