Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job at Patients’ Welfare Association, Karachi

Patients’ Welfare Association (a non-governmental, non-political, DMC student-run organization) requires a CEO to provide leadership and strategic direction for its Blood Transfusion and Thalassemia Services.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field
• MBBS will be considered an added advantage
• Additional certifications in leadership or healthcare/executive management will be considered an advantage

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in healthcare services, NGOs, or hospital management
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role
• Proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement preferred

Key responsibilities

• Overall strategic leadership and work with the Board of Directors on governance and policy
• Oversee operations of Blood Transfusion and Thalassemia Services
• Financial management, fundraising, resource mobilization, and donor relations
• Coordinate all departments including HR, Finance, and Marketing, and ensure regulatory compliance
