Dean and Medical Director (Paediatrics), MTI-KICH & Children Hospital Peshawar

The Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital (MTI-KICH), Hayatabad Peshawar, invites applications for the following posts on contract basis.

Dean

  • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent, and FCPS / FRCPCH UK or US Board Certification or equivalent, in Paediatrics and/or its sub-specialties
  • Experience: National and preferably international reputation, with at least 7 years administrative experience as head of a department, unit, program or institution, recognized leadership qualities, a track record in teaching, and commitment to medical education and research

Medical Director

  • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent, and FCPS / FRCPCH UK or US Board Certification or equivalent, in Paediatrics and/or its sub-specialties
  • Experience: Record of excellence in clinical care and at least 3 years experience in leading a major hospital clinical unit

Terms and conditions

  • Service governed by the KP Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations
  • Selected candidate becomes a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from current employer
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA admissible.
