Medical Teaching Institution Nowshera, with its constituent units Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, is an autonomous body run by a Board of Governors under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015. Eligible candidates from all over Pakistan are invited to apply.

Dean / CEO

  • Qualification: Recognized medical degree such as MBBS plus higher qualifications like FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, US Board certification or equivalent qualification in clinical subjects / PhD in Basic Science subjects. Additional qualification in medical education will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Record of excellence in medical care and teaching at the professor level, national and international standing, and at least 7 years administrative experience as Head of Department, unit, program or institution, with a track record in teaching and commitment to medical education and research.
  • Tenure and salary: 5 years tenure, extendable as per MTI Act. Market based, competitive salary.

Hospital Director

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Hospital Management / Health Services Management / Business Management / Public Health / Public Administration or other relevant management qualification. Persons with a medical degree are also eligible if they have an additional management degree and the required experience, and shall have no right to private practice.
  • Experience: At least 7 years experience in a senior management position or administrative experience in a major hospital, organization or health institution.
  • Tenure and salary: 5 years tenure, extendable as per MTI Act. Market based, competitive salary.

Medical Director

  • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent plus a higher qualification such as FCPS, FRCP, FRCS or US board certification or equivalent in any clinical medical science recognized by PM&DC.
  • Experience: Record of excellence in clinical care and at least 3 years management or administrative experience as head of unit leading a major hospital clinical unit. Proven leadership and expertise in clinical governance and clinical audit.
  • Tenure and salary: 5 years tenure, extendable as per MTI Act. Market based, competitive salary.

  • Submit to the Secretary BoG MTI Nowshera through HR Department MTI-NMC/QHAMC, Nowshera, with a bank draft / pay order of Rs. 2000 in favor of Hospital Director MTI Nowshera.
  • Attach complete bio-data, academic / experience / domicile certificates, 2 recent photographs and attested CNIC copy.
