Job Description

• Support and represent the DMS in managing daily operations of the Medical Services Directorate
• Coordinate between departments and ensure effective communication and smooth workflow
• Supervise medical, nursing and allied staff while maintaining discipline and professional standards
• Oversee medical records and patient complaints as needed
