Department of Medicine, Aga Khan University Hospital. The Adult Gastroenterology training programme is accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).

• Qualification: MBBS from an institution recognized by PMDC
• One year of house job or internship
• FCPS Medicine or equivalent examinations, or 3-year training in Gastroenterology and waiting for exams, or 4 years training in Internal Medicine and waiting for FCPS II exams
• Employee status: Regular

Responsibilities include: inpatient and outpatient assessments, gastroenterology consults, assisting in endoscopic procedures, in-house calls, supervising internal medicine residents and interns, and academic activities, under the Program Director.
