Job ID: 26000073. Entity: Medical College. Location: Karachi, Pakistan. This is a grant funded contractual position with the Outreach and Research Programme of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBBS along with FCPS/FRCS Part 1 complete
• Experience: At least two years of related work experience, preferably within a research setting
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills with experience in STATA, Python and/or R software
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent management and team skills; willing to travel to field sites as well as internationally if needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless execution of projects from ERC to data analysis
• Monitor and report protocol deviations; develop SOPs and manuals of operation for study activities
• Provide training to study staff as per study protocols and guidelines
• Work with the DMU for data quality assurance and with investigators to write proposals and manuscripts
• Participate in research teaching of the department and in the Departmental Research Committee
