Walk-in Interviews: Specialists, Medical Officers / Lady Medical Officers and Dental Surgeons

Walk-in interviews will be held at the office of the Post Graduate Medical Institute, Sandeman Provincial Hospital (SPH), Quetta, under the chairmanship of the Medical Superintendent, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the dates given below, for appointment on an adhoc / contract basis against existing vacant posts. The vacancies announced earlier under PRQ No. 4886 dated 23-06-2025 and PRQ No. 1030 dated 03-09-2025 have been cancelled.

  • Gastroenterologist (BPS-18): 01 post. Interview: June 8, 2026
  • Pathologist (BPS-18): 02 posts. Interview: June 8, 2026
  • Medical Officer / Lady Medical Officer (BPS-17): 30 posts. Interview: June 8, 2026
  • Dental Surgeon (BPS-17): 03 posts. Interview: June 8, 2026

Eligibility

  • Gastroenterologist / Pathologist: MBBS degree from any institute recognized by the PMDC, postgraduate clinical diploma in the specialty from any institute recognized by PMDC, and permanent PMDC registration with the postgraduate qualification mentioned therein.
  • Medical Officer / Lady Medical Officer: MBBS degree from an institute recognized by the PMDC, permanent PMDC registration.
  • Dental Surgeon: BDS degree from an institute recognized by the PMDC, permanent PMDC registration.

Terms and Conditions

  • Age limit as per the existing policy of the Government of Balochistan.
  • Quotas for minorities, women and disabled persons will be observed as per rules.
  • Appointment is contractual / adhoc for a period of 01 year, extendable on the basis of an excellent performance certificate issued by the concerned head.
  • Candidates must bring original documents at the time of the walk-in interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
  • Selected candidates will not be allowed to claim permanent employment / regularization beyond the contractual policy.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates from all over the province can apply. Bring one set of attested copies of all educational credentials, professional and experience certificates, local / domicile certificate, CNIC, 02 passport-size photos and an updated CV. Candidates working in Government, semi-Government and autonomous organizations should apply through proper channel with an NOC from the employer / parent department.

Candidates who applied earlier under PRQ No. 4886 and PRQ No. 1030 will not be considered and must submit fresh applications.
