Eligibility

• MBBS or BDS (mandatory)
• MPH (Master of Public Health) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setup
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational and problem-solving skills

Job description

• Handle and resolve patient complaints
• Monitor and maintain departmental KPIs and quality indicators
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies including Healthcare Commission and PMDC
• Participate in and coordinate committee meetings and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards
