Izzat Ali Shah Hospital, LalaRukh Wah Cantt, is seeking to appoint a Medical Superintendent (MS) on contract basis.
Medical Superintendent (MS), IAS Hospital
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PMDC/PMC.
- Postgraduate qualification in hospital management.
- Public health management (MPH / MHA / MHPM / MBA in Health Management) is preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years working experience as DMS / AMS / MS; 3 years teaching experience (optional).
- Experience in quality assurance (e.g. ISO, JCI), budgeting, HR management etc.
- Must be registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
- Additional skills: leadership and strategic planning; knowledge of hospital laws and healthcare regulations (e.g. Punjab Healthcare Commission rules); familiarity with health information systems (HIS); budget and HR management; communication and stakeholder management.
- Preferably resident of Wah and surroundings (for round the clock availability).
- Salary: Negotiable.
