Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking an academic leader to lead the Indus College as a center of excellence in Public Health education, research and policy impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the design, development and continuous improvement of academic programs in Public Health and Family Medicine for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Contribute to national health policy, systems strengthening and public health reform initiatives.
• Promote a strong research culture in public health, epidemiology and health systems.
• Build international collaborations and partnerships in public health education and research.
• Provide leadership for the overall administration of the College, including faculty recruitment, performance management, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with governing bodies and academic institutions.
• Ensure that all academic and clinical programs meet the standards set by relevant regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies.

Qualification & experience

• MBBS and PhD in Public Health / Epidemiology / Health Services Management (or related field)
• 12 to 15 years total experience in Public Health
• 5 to 10 years in a senior academic / leadership role
