• Post: Infection Control Officer
• Qualification: MBBS, Diploma / Certificate in Infection Prevention and Control
• Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in a reputable hospital

Roles and responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) policies in line with PHC MSDS requirements
• Conduct regular infection control rounds, audits and surveillance
• Ensure compliance with hand hygiene, waste management, sterilization and isolation protocols; maintain IPC documentation, reports and records
• Conduct regular trainings and sensitize staff on infection control practices
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
