> How to submit the CPSP RTMC FCPS-II training registration form after FCPS-I: deadlines (31 January and 31 July), online steps, documents and contact details.

After passing FCPS-I and receiving your induction with an assigned supervisor and ward, you can proceed with RTMC (Research and Training Monitoring Cell) registration.

**Submission Deadlines:**
RTMC forms are accepted twice yearly—by January 31st and July 31st. These deadlines may be extended by 7–10 days as notified by CPSP.

**Contact:**
Email: rtmc@cpsp.edu.pk
Phone: 021–99266446 to 49 | Ext. 324

**Submission Process:**
Go to [https://cpsp.edu.pk/rtmc](https://cpsp.edu.pk/rtmc), and choose “FCPS II Training Registration Form (For new Trainees).” Start by selecting your nationality, FCPS-I status (passed/exempted), and entering your enrollment number and email to receive a verification code. Use the code to access the application form, fill in personal details, and in the term section, enter when you passed FCPS-I (e.g., January 2024). Select your institute, group, department, supervisor’s name, joining date, and preferred payment method, then submit the form to generate a PDF. Pay the fee, and the PDF will be sent to your email for further processing.

**Required Documents (All attested & in PDF):**

1. Signed form (by you, supervisor, and head of institution)
2. Paid fee challan/pay order/demand draft
3. Recent attested photo
4. PMDC registration certificate
5. FCPS-I result/exemption letter
6. Appointment and joining letters
7. MBBS/BDS degree
8. Application if details have changed
9. Supervisor’s trainee list, bed count, and unit faculty (verified by HOD)
10. Attestation must be by a Fellow of CPSP with a fellowship number.

**Step-II:**
Upload all documents in PDF format using the form number and code received earlier. After submission, you’ll receive login credentials for CPSP’s e-portal (elog), where all future communication and objections will be posted. Note: The application is valid for 4 months; if rejected, it must be resubmitted with a new fee.

**Group Selection:**
In Medicine or Surgery & Allied, select Group wisely, as your future subspecialty options will be limited to your chosen group [(Link to the Document)](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Yqy89bTcdLMSS1WkshW6txbOByQjs72C/view?usp=sharing).
