Requirements

• MBBS degree with a valid PMDC license and completed house job
• Completed fellowship training in Paediatrics with FCPS, FRCPCH, MRCPCH or equivalent qualification in the relevant field
• At least two years of clinical experience after postgraduation as an Instructor or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated scholarship through research, publications and/or contribution to education
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to handle work pressure

Responsibilities

• Teaching and other educational activities at undergraduate and postgraduate level
• Quality patient care and clinical services
• Research with senior faculty, and applying for extramural and intramural grants
• Co-leading journal clubs on evidence-based care for women and child health
• Parenting and lactation education as part of continuum of care
