Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Job at Clinical Research Center, Shifa International Hospitals Ltd, Islamabad

Educational requirements

• Minimum: MBBS, Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field

Experience

• Entry level: 2-3 years in clinical research, clinical trials, or related fields

Certifications (preferred)

• ACRP (Certified Clinical Research Associate)
• SOCRA (Certified Clinical Research Associate)
• ICH-GCP (International Council for Harmonisation, Good Clinical Practice)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site activities, including selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out, in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reviews
• Provide training and support to site staff on protocol adherence and regulatory requirements
• Maintain effective communication between study sponsors and clinical sites
• Prepare and review study documentation, including site visit reports and regulatory submissions

Skills & competencies

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
